Mistral AI is seeking a Solutions Operations Manager for strategic accounts in Paris, combining strategy with hands-on delivery. You will sit at the heart of client leadership, coordinating with deployment strategists, engineers, and scientists to maximize impact.

This role blends strategic governance with practical execution, embedding in accounts and driving automation to scale outcomes across Europe. Located in Paris with travel ~30% to client sites, you’ll report into Solutions leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or as a Chief of Staff in startup/scale-up.
• AI tools experience to automate work (drafting, analysis, reporting, PMO tasks).
• Strong communication with senior enterprise stakeholders.
• Meticulous ownership and reliability; no detail slips.

Responsabilités

• Act as Chief of Staff to the Program Lead to ensure high execution standards.
• Drive governance and alignment between client and Mistral teams; enable data-driven decisions.
• Scope transformative programs; build business case and value framework.
• Own delivery frameworks: timelines, milestones, reporting; flag risks early.
• Build and enhance internal tooling and automate workflows to accelerate execution.
