Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse, France, seeks a Supplier Relationship Manager (f/m) to join the Electrics Procurement team. Based in Toulouse, you will manage contracts, drive supplier performance, and lead strategic sourcing initiatives for the Electric Commodity Strategy.

The role requires a Master's degree and 5–7 years in procurement or sales, with strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities. French language skills are a plus and English is required for negotiations.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering or Business; 5–7 years in Procurement or Sales.
Technical expertise in contracts and Supplier Relationship Management.
Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and leadership.
English negotiation level; French desirable.

Responsabilités

Manage contract execution, negotiate commercial agreements and technical modifications, and deliver cost reduction initiatives.
Evaluate overall supplier performance (SED+) and organize strategic events while mitigating risks.
Lead calls for tender and shape the Electric Commodity Strategy in line with guidelines.
Act as procurement focal point for Airbus improvement projects (digitalization, sustainability, Transfer of Work).
Drive internal stakeholder management to ensure one Airbus voice and oversee portfolio communication.
