Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse, France is seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager to join the Electrics Procurement team. You will manage large supplier portfolios, secure end-to-end delivery on time, cost and quality, and lead strategic supplier engagements across multiple aircraft families.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Engineering or Business and 5–7 years in Procurement or Sales, with strong contracts knowledge and SRM. English negotiation is essential; French is desirable.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or Business is required.
• Proven technical expertise in contracts and SRM.
• Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking and leadership behaviour.
• English negotiation skills; French language skills are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage contract execution, negotiate commercial agreements and cost reduction initiatives.
• Evaluate supplier performance (SED+), organize strategic events (SMM/SFM), and mitigate risks.
• Lead calls for tender and shape the Electric Commodity Strategy in line with MFT guidelines.
• Act as procurement focal point for Airbus improvement projects (digitalization, sustainability, Transfer of Work).
• Drive internal stakeholder management to ensure one Airbus voice and portfolio communication.
