Airbus is seeking a Strategic Buyer (f/m) in Toulouse to join the Equipment and Systems Procurement team. You will help shape the architecture and supplier base for tomorrow's systems, driving sourcing and contract negotiations to optimize revenue, cost and EBIT while ensuring supplier performance.

Based in Toulouse, you will engage with cross-functional teams, manage tenders (RFP/RFQ), monitor contracts and steer supplier performance across quality, logistics and cost.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in strategic procurement and complex tendering.
• Expertise in negotiations, contract lifecycle management and financial analysis (TCO/EBIT).
• Track record of defining sourcing strategies and leading tender processes (RFP/RFQ).
• Ability to engage in R&T projects and mitigate supply chain risks in cross-functional teams.
• English negotiation proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Establish and implement the sourcing strategy for energy storage & energy conversion.
• Lead contract negotiations and commercial agreements for optimal purchasing conditions.
• Monitor contracts through their lifecycle to ensure compliance.
• Drive supplier performance across quality, logistics, and cost.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Programs, Supply Chain, Engineering, Customer Services).
