Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse, France is seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager to join the Electrics Procurement team. You will manage large supplier portfolios, secure end-to-end delivery on time, cost and quality, and lead strategic supplier engagements across multiple aircraft families.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Engineering or Business and 5–7 years in Procurement or Sales, with strong contracts knowledge and SRM. English negotiation is essential; French is desirable.

• Evaluate supplier performance (SED+), organize strategic events (SMM/SFM), and mitigate risks.
• Lead calls for tender and shape the Electric Commodity Strategy in line with MFT guidelines.
• Act as procurement focal point for Airbus improvement projects (digitalization, sustainability, Transfer of Work).
• Drive internal stakeholder management to ensure one Airbus voice and portfolio communication.

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supplier Relationship Manager (f/m) to join our Electrics Procurement team (PSCL) based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a multicultural team of approximately 10 buyers managing a large portfolio of suppliers providing electrical assemblies across aircraft families (A320, A350, A330, A220, A400M). You will be involved in managing customized items at late integration stages, aiming at securing end-to-end business delivery on time, on cost, and on quality.

Your challenges:

• Manage contract execution, negotiate commercial agreements and technical modifications, and deliver cost reduction initiatives.
• Evaluate overall supplier performance (SED+), organize strategic events (SMM/SFM), and mitigate financial or strategic risks.
• Lead calls for tender and shape the Electric Commodity Strategy in line with MFT guidelines.
• Act as procurement focal point for Airbus improvement projects (digitalization, industrialization, sustainability, Transfer of Work).
• Drive internal stakeholder management (WPT, Programmes) to ensure "one Airbus voice" and oversee portfolio communication.

Your boarding pass:

• Master's degree in Engineering or Business school with 5 to 7 years of experience in Procurement or Sales.
• Proven technical expertise in contracts and Supplier Relationship Management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, strategic thinking, and leadership behavior.
• Proactive attitude with a creative mindset to challenge the status quo.
• Negotiation level of English; French language skills are desirable.
