Crisis24 is seeking a Security Director for Southern Europe based in Paris, France. You will lead security strategy and operations across France, Spain, and Italy, while partnering with sales teams to grow security-related revenue and position Crisis24 as the trusted security advisor for multinational clients.

The role requires senior-level corporate security experience, fluency in French and English, deep regulatory knowledge, and a strong track record of cross‑functional leadership and client

Qualifications

• Senior-level security leadership experience with strong client-facing capabilities.
• Proven track record of supporting sales or business development in security.
• Deep knowledge of French security regulations and CNAPS requirements.
• Fluent in French and English; strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute a security strategy for Southern Europe aligned with global objectives.
• Represent the security function to Southern Europe clients worldwide, building relationships.
• Act as SME for security in client engagements, proposals, and RFPs; support revenue growth.
• Lead cross‑regional collaboration with Global Security colleagues to deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee quality of security advice, journey management, and related services.
• Ensure compliance with French regulations, CNAPS licensing, health and safety standards.
