Verisure, a market-leading security services provider in France, seeks a Strategy Director to join the France Executive Committee and drive the strategic agenda, accelerate value creation and translate ambition into measurable business impact.

Reporting to MD France, the role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across the business, leading a strategy team and partnering with functional leaders to deliver high-impact priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across large organisations.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Partner with MD France and exec committee to shape priorities and governance.
• Lead strategic and transformational initiatives from diagnosis to implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and HR to translate priorities into plans.
• Prepare clear, fact-based strategic analyses and presentations for senior leadership.
