Job summary

Campion Pickworth, a boutique consultancy with offices in London, Paris and Lisbon, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in France across risk, ESG and automation services for financial institutions.

You will own the full sales cycle, identify opportunities, build relationships with senior decision-makers, collaborate with advisory teams, and mentor a junior salesperson in London.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of prospecting to financial services stakeholders and winning new business, preferably in consulting.
• In-depth understanding of capital markets, banking, and the French financial sector.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for cross-stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and closing sales opportunities with new clients and exploring new scopes.
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Collaborating with senior leadership and advisory teams to address client challenges.
• Growing the business by building relationships with key client decision-makers.
• Participating in sales presentations, negotiations, and client governance.
• Planning marketing campaigns to promote solutions.
• Producing end-to-end sales KPIs and improving internal reporting.
• Mentoring a junior salesperson in London on strategic alignment.
