IDEMIA is seeking a Program Manager to lead customer programs across Europe for Justice and Public Safety. You will be the primary contact for customers, drive delivery excellence, and own program financials throughout the contract lifecycle.

With over 50 years in biometric expertise, IDEMIA’s JPS focus delivers trusted identity solutions to governments and agencies. You will lead strategic programs with strong governance and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managing programs with cross-functional teams and customer-facing responsibilities.
• Proven P&L accountability, revenue forecasting, and cash-flow management.
• Contract management and negotiation skills with customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Strong program fundamentals: risk analysis, KPI dashboards, governance, and tollgates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Be the customer’s primary management contact; build trust and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, supply, purchasing, legal, finance, partners) to hit scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Plan and govern execution using IDEMIA’s Program Management System, including tollgates and KPI monitoring.
• Own the program P&L: forecast revenue/cost, track margin, cash-flow milestones, and invoicing accuracy.
• Anticipate and manage risks; define mitigations; escalate for support when needed.
• Ensure contractual compliance; lead amendments, claims handling, and change requests.
