IDEMIA Public Security is seeking a Program Manager to lead customer programs across Europe for the Justice and Public Safety line. You will be the main point of contact for clients, driving delivery excellence and owning program financials throughout the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managing programs with cross-functional teams and customer-facing responsibilities.
• Proven P&L accountability and financial acumen.
• Contract management and negotiation skills with customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Strong program fundamentals: risk analysis, KPI dashboards, governance and tollgates.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, critical thinking, and problem solving.
• Travel: ~20–30% across Europe depending on program phase.

• Lead and align cross-functional teams (engineering, supply, purchasing, legal, finance, partners) to hit scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Plan and govern execution using IDEMIA’s Program Management System (equivalent to Prince2), including tollgates and KPI monitoring.
• Own the program P&L: forecast revenue/cost, track margin, secure cash-flow milestones, and drive invoicing accuracy.
• Anticipate and manage risks; define mitigations; elevate for support when needed.
• Ensure contractual compliance; lead amendments, claims handling, and change requests.

Profile description

• Education: Engineering or Master’s degree in engineering
• Experience: Minimum 5 years managing programs with cross-functional teams and customer‑facing responsibilities.
• Proven P&L accountability and financial acumen (revenue forecasting, margin, cash-flow).
• Contract management and negotiation skills with customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Strong program fundamentals: risk analysis & mitigation, KPI dashboards, governance & tollgates.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, critical thinking, and problem solving.
• Languages: fluent English, Spanish and French
• Certifications (optional): PMP, Prince2, Agile credentials welcome.
• Travel: ~20–30% across Europe depending on program phase
