Qonto is seeking a Pricing Expert to shape and implement Pricing & Packaging strategy across Europe. You will own end-to-end pricing initiatives, collaborating with product, marketing, finance, and R&D to optimize models and drive revenue growth.

You will embed governance, define roadmaps, and push strategic decisions that scale with Qonto's multi-market platform. Fluency in English and AI-enabled modeling will be essential.

Qualifications

• Proven pricing expertise: you've led or contributed to a full pricing exercise—segmentation, packaging, price setting, monetization (SaaS preferred).
• Sharp analytical thinking: structure ambiguous problems, work through data, land on a defendable recommendation.
• Strategic and governance-minded: see why it matters and design processes for future decisions.
• AI-fluent: use AI tools to speed up modeling, analysis, and writing.

Responsabilités

• Own P&P projects end-to-end: prep, rollout, rework, and planning for what's next.
• Embed pricing at the strategic level with product, product marketing, finance, and R&D stakeholders.
• Build governance: ensure P&P decision frameworks are fit for purpose and scalable.
• Shape the P&P roadmap to align with broader priorities.
• Define future direction: identify problems worth solving and how P&P connects to revenue.
