Qonto, a leading European fintech, seeks an Android Engineer to own end-to-end mobile features in a Kotlin-based, modular codebase. You will collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and Frontend teams to deliver robust, scalable experiences for 600,000+ European businesses.

You will work within a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment that values code quality, testing, and mentorship, contributing to an engineering culture that emphasizes velocity and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong Android native experience with Kotlin and end-to-end ownership.
• Quality-driven mindset with focus on testing (unit, UI, snapshot) and clean code.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver robust solutions.
• Daily use of AI coding tools to enhance output and code quality.
• Fluent in English and able to contribute through reviews and mentoring.

Responsabilités

• Own features end-to-end from discovery and design through rollout and iteration.
• Drive technical decisions across UX, performance, security, and time-to-market.
• Raise app reliability and maintainability through architecture improvements and testing strategy.
• Tackle complex mobile challenges including real-time synchronization and modular codebase complexity.
• Grow the Android craft by leading code reviews and mentoring teammates.
