Ingenico is seeking a PMO - Business Applications leader to drive strategic transformation programs and govern a global portfolio. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, modernize business processes, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that enables growth and efficiency.

As part of the role, you will provide governance, reporting, and insights to IT leadership, coach project teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across a global matrix.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, IS, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in PMO, program or portfolio management.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; willing to travel internationally.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic enterprise programs including OnePLM and HMS transformations.
• Oversee the Business Applications portfolio to deliver on time and budget.
• Monitor performance, risks, issues, dependencies, and remediation actions.
• Establish portfolio governance, reporting frameworks, and delivery standards.
• Partner with Domain Delivery Leads, project managers, stakeholders and vendors to ensure success.
• Provide executive-level portfolio insights to IT leadership.
