Shine, a financial copilot for entrepreneurs, is hiring a People Business Partner in Paris. You will advise leaders, shape people strategy and drive organizational performance in a fast-growing, multilingual setting.

The role sits within Shine's People & Culture team, with a focus on strategic, data-driven people practices and cross-functional collaboration. Located in Paris with two remote work days per week, regular travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar strategic people role within a 300+ organisation
• Fluent in English and French
• Experience in an international organisation
• Strong partnership with managers and senior leaders
• Solid business acumen and ability to link people decisions to business performance
• Comfort with data, KPIs and insights to guide decisions

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders across one or two tribes on people priorities, team effectiveness and org health
• Support organizational change, scaling, leadership transitions
• Drive topics like engagement, performance, feedback and career development
• Contribute to frameworks for career leveling, compensation and pay equity
• Use KPIs and people data to identify trends and improve performance
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and People Operations for consistent practices
