CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager for Payer Deal Intelligence & Analytics to drive the analytical strategy and decision support for complex pharmacy reimbursement deals. You will own financial models and pre-negotiation intelligence used in negotiations with PBMs, health plans, and Medicaid programs.

You will translate market dynamics into actionable recommendations, partnering with senior leaders to shape deal outcomes and portfolio strategy.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in pharmacy reimbursement, PBM, managed care, or healthcare financial analysis.
Ability to build and defend multi-year financial models from inputs.
Advanced Excel proficiency with scenario construction and sensitivity analysis.
Translate quantitative analysis into concise written recommendations for VP+ audiences.
Ability to manage multiple analyses against external negotiation deadlines.
Travel up to 10%.

Responsabilités

Lead analytical strategy, market intelligence, and decision support for complex deal evaluation and negotiation.
Develop financial models and pre-negotiation intelligence packages for CVS Pharmacy positioning across PBMs, health plans, and state Medicaid.
Present insights and defend recommendations in cross-functional forums and live negotiations.
