Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is seeking a Senior Client Consulting Manager to lead high-impact engagements end-to-end, translating business questions into data-driven strategies and actionable recommendations.

The role involves partnering with peers across marketing, products, risk, and regional teams to deliver insights that improve client performance and growth. Hybrid work arrangement with office presence required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking operations and/or payment schemes.
• Excellent client relationship management and ability to present credible viewpoints.
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrable rigor.
• Executive presence with strong written and verbal communication.
• Leadership and collaboration across a matrixed organization.
• Experience across payments business areas and risk management.
• Experience using financial indicators to measure return on investment.
• Payments and consulting experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead consulting initiatives and contribute to closing engagements by identifying opportunities with clients.
• Engage in regular strategic & planning discussions, cultivate and manage a pipeline of analytic work.
• Develop analytical frameworks, approaches, and data-led strategies addressing opportunities and challenges.
• Partner with peers across functional areas and regional teams to execute projects using Visa resources.
• Produce insights and recommendations to improve client performance and growth.
• Build scalable solutions, toolkits, and standard methodology documents for VCA practices.
• Lead team to provide knowledge sharing, coaching and training as analytics SME.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and ensure objectives and timelines are met.
