Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of professional work experience and education.
• 7+ years of progressive experience leading complex initiatives in healthcare.
• Evidence of managing multiple priorities with timelines, budgets, and performance objectives.
• Track record of data analysis to drive operational and financial results.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and navigating a matrixed organization.
• Exposure to provider contracting systems, contract loading, and compliance oversight.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate, execute, review, and analyze contracts with providers, including dispute resolution where needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage provider compensation and pricing development and the review of reports for negotiation support.
• Identify cost issues and drive cost-saving initiatives and settlements.
• Manage contract performance to support network quality, availability, and financial goals.
• Recruit providers to expand network and maintain adequacy targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and NCQA standards.
