Les Nouvelles Recrues is seeking a Partnerships Manager for Chain of Events in Paris. You will own the partnership portfolio across RAISE and MACHINA, from strategy to signature and on-site activation.

Responsibilities include building the partnership map, prospecting and closing deals with associations, consultancies, and corporate networks, and delivering measurable attendance and seniority. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Paris with global scope.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in partnerships or business development inside international tech or B2B events.
• Experience with associations, consultancies, integrators, corporate innovation programmes, public bodies.
• Fluent English; French is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Build the partnership map and prioritise target organisations for each event.
• Prospect, pitch and close partnerships through full deal cycle, including barter/hybrid arrangements.
• Turn signed partnerships into qualified attendance with activation plans.
• Deliver on-site onboarding, briefing, activation coordination and presence during the event week.
• Own the numbers: pipeline, conversion, attendance sourced per partner, renewal rate.
