Vestiaire Collective is seeking an FP&A Manager – Operations in Paris to partner with the Operations leadership. You will drive planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across a global, fast-paced environment.

You will build advanced models, develop KPIs, and push data-driven decisions using SQL, Snowflake and Tableau, while leveraging AI to automate processes. Fluency in English and French is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SQL, Snowflake and Tableau.
• Comfort with AI-enabled tools.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own and lead planning, budgeting and forecasting for the Operations scope.
• Monitor performance against budget and forecast; provide actionable insights.
• Define, forecast, track and analyse key KPIs (CPO, CPI, repayment rate, costs).
• Build dashboards and reporting tools for clear visibility and data-driven decisions.
• Act as Finance Business Partner to senior leaders in Operations.
• Translate financial data into recommendations for investments and initiatives.
• Build advanced models for significant projects and strategic decisions.
• Perform scenario analyses and support ad-hoc strategic analyses (M&A, expansion).
• Contribute to automation of closing, reporting and forecasting processes; leverage AI.
