Vestiaire Collective seeks an FP&A Manager – Operations in Paris to partner with the Operations leadership, design growth strategies and drive operational and financial performance at a global level.

You will own planning, budgeting and forecasting, build advanced financial models and dashboards, and provide strategic financial guidance across warehousing, shipping and supply chain initiatives.

Qualifications

• What you will do requires strong FP&A, financial modelling and performance management skills.
• You will partner with Operations leaders to translate data into decisions.
• You will build advanced financial models and dashboards to guide strategic initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Own planning, budgeting and forecasting of operational and financial performance.
• Monitor variance versus budget and forecast; provide actionable insights.
• Define and track KPIs such as CPO, CPI, costs per contact and shipping costs.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for clear performance visibility.
