Vestiaire Collective is seeking a Data Engineering Manager in Paris to lead a small yet highly focused Data Platform team. You will shape data infrastructure, ensure reliability, and drive AI/ML readiness across the organization.

You will collaborate with analytics engineers and data scientists, guide architectural decisions, and mentor engineers to scale data capabilities for a fast-growing, globally distributed product. Hybrid working model offered.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Python and SQL.
• Solid experience with distributed data processing (Spark, Kafka).
• Familiarity with modern data stacks and ML tooling is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow a 2–3 senior Data Engineers team; coach and mentor.
• Own Data Platform reliability, scalability, and foundations (Spark, Kafka, transformations).
• Drive Platform Enablement, optimization, and cost awareness (FinOps mindset).
• Define infrastructure strategy for AI/ML use cases and MLOps pipelines.
