Airbus Helicopters SAS in Marignane, France is seeking a National Security Program Leader to govern security for military programs, coordinate PSOs and ensure compliance with national and international regulations. You will guide, not directly implement, security measures and optimize costs across sites.

The role demands deep expertise in defense frameworks, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex programs within a matrix organization, reporting to top management.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French.
• Experience with defense program security and regulations.
• Strong leadership and matrix organization experience.

Responsabilités

• Program Security Governance: prioritize and harmonize security actions for military programs.
• Contractual Compliance & Oversight: analyze Defense contracts, PSI, PASI and Security Annexes to guide teams.
• Network Leadership: coordinate the network of PSOs, Site Security Officers and NSOs.
• Budgetary Management: define, justify, and manage national security budget for programs.
• International Regulatory Watch: ensure adherence to French Defense regulations and international partners.
• Reporting to Top Management: ensure visibility of compliance status and progress.
• Strategic Liaison: act as point of contact for state clients on audits and compliance.
