Airbus Helicopters is seeking a National Security Program Leader to shape the security strategy for military programs across entities. You will coordinate PSOs, Site Security Officers, and National Security Officers to ensure compliant security measures for buildings, IT systems, and assets.

The role requires steering complex programs, budget oversight, and interaction with state clients and international partners, while guiding implementation teams to meet security requirements.

Qualifications

• Mastery of French Defense security regulations.
• Knowledge of German/Spanish/EU/NATO/OCCAR frameworks is desirable.
• Experience in defense programs and budgets is required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and harmonize security governance for military programs.
• Coordinate and supervise Program Security Officers and Site Security Officers.
• Manage national security budget and reporting to Top Management.
• Ensure compliance with French and international defense regulations across programs.
