Helsing in France is seeking a Programme Manager for the Air Domain to lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-stakes programmes across engineering, operations and customer engagement.

You will interface with the DGA, the French Air Force and industry partners, translating strategic intent into executable plans while balancing technical feasibility, risk, and customer commitments. This leadership role requires strategic vision and disciplined delivery in a highly regulated defence environment.

Qualifications

• Delivered complex, multi‑stakeholder programmes in defence/aerospace.
• Led multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, product and operations.
• Fluent in French and English; able to engage with government customers.
• Ability to manage risk and deliver to schedule.

Responsabilités

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Air Domain programmes in France, owning scope, schedule and risk.
• Interface with DGA, French Air Force and industrial partners; build trusted relationships.
• Translate contractual/operational requirements into structured programme plans for teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks before they become issues; maintain delivery health.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment across engineering, product, legal and commercial teams.
• Structure and own programme reporting, governance cadences and milestone reviews.
