• Change Governance: gatekeeper for system updates by reviewing and validating all change requests.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: maintain cybersecurity posture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Operational & Lifecycle Delivery: coordinate daily incident resolution and track platform lifecycles.
• Contract Steering: direct external service contractors performing routine operations.
• Governance & Cross-Border Collaboration: participate in SMB meetings and align with German team.
