• Cybersecurity & compliance: maintain platform security and regulatory alignment.
• Operational & lifecycle delivery: coordinate incident resolution and track lifecycles.
• Contract steering: oversee external service contractors performing operations.
• Governance & cross-border collaboration: align methods with the German team.
