Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Market Controller & Function Controller in Paris to drive monthly country performance reviews with insightful analyses and robust financial management. You will partner with regional leaders to challenge assumptions using fact-based support.

The role requires a strong finance background, P&L mastery, and experience coordinating across FP&A and controlling teams. Fluent English and local language skills will be valuable in this international setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ finance experience including international experience in finance support, business or operations partnership.
• Strong understanding of full P&L management, financial analysis, and business performance drivers.
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or country head of controlling is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform accurate, timely financial and non-financial performance analyses at country/cluster level.
• Design and communicate budgets, forecasts, and 5-year plans for the country.
• Ensure country P&L, balance sheet and cash accuracy with corrective actions as needed.
