Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day delivery operations for France with a team of managers and coordinators.

• Ensure DSPs meet service obligations while balancing speed and cost trade-offs.
• Drive continuous improvement with data-driven action plans for funnel speed.
• Visit and balance DSP point coverage to avoid unnecessary dwell time.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to prioritise transport topics.
