Cainiao Group seeks an experienced Delivery Operations Manager to supervise last-mile performance across a regional network. You will lead Last Mile Supervisors, oversee DSPs, and set KPIs to ensure on-time delivery and high first-attempt success rates.

You will coordinate with DSPs for capacity planning, incident resolution, and continuous improvement, while ensuring compliance with SLAs, safety standards, and SOPs. Some weekend/night shifts may be required.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in delivery operations, logistics, or supply chain management in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Some work could be required on certain weekends, or nights; contract on-days but with time-flexibility.

Mansioni

Manage last-mile delivery performance across the region via a team of Last Mile Supervisors who directly oversee DSPs and field operations.
Set regional delivery KPIs (on-time delivery, first-attempt success, failure rates) and review supervisor scorecards.
Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives with DSPs and supervisors.
Act as primary escalation point for complex field issues requiring cross-hub or partner coordination.
Ensure partner compliance with contractual SLAs, safety standards, and company processes.
Oversee hub-based sorting and handling activities including XL parcels, L2L flows, and cross-dock operations to ensure efficient throughput.
Monitor hub KPIs and UTR process efficiency; coordinate resource allocation, layout, and equipment needs to optimize throughput during peaks and disruptions.
