Collaboration with Inbound Sales, Branding and Paid Marketing helps shape impactful strategies. You’ll lead a portfolio of 15–20 coaches, enable scalable growth, and contribute to Lenus’s quality-driven service.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in French and English is required.

• Target and onboard coaches by scouting, outreach, pitching and partnerships.
• Manage a portfolio of 15–20 health and fitness coaches to grow their businesses.
• Develop strategies for marketing, sales and business development to boost coach impact.
• Build trust-based partnerships beyond transactions with coaches.
