Bramwith Consulting is seeking a Category Lead – Indirect Procurement to own a broad spend portfolio focused on HR, FM and Marketing from Paris. The role is 3 days per week in the office, offering autonomy and exposure to senior leadership in a global brand.

You will develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, manage international stakeholders and drive cost optimisation across HR services, recruitment, FM and marketing services. Excellent benefits available.

Qualificações

• Strong indirect procurement experience across HR, FM and Marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic category plans.
• Experience influencing senior leadership and driving commercial value.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of strategic sourcing and category plans for HR, FM and Marketing.
• Manage complex sourcing projects and negotiations across indirect categories.
• Oversee procurement activities for HR services, recruitment, contingent labour, FM, marketing agencies and services.
• Drive procurement transformation, supplier consolidation, and cost optimisation.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across HR, Facilities and Marketing to align strategies.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, sustainability and supplier performance.
