Job summary

Embrace seeks an FP&A Manager to become the financial business partner to the CEO and Leadership Team. You will shape forecasting, planning and performance analytics to enable sustainable growth across Europe and North America.

You will oversee payroll, compensation, benefits and recruitment support while driving finance operations, BI and reporting improvements in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years FP&A, strategic finance or corporate finance experience.
• Experience supporting executive leadership with planning and decision-making.
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts.
• Build, maintain and improve financial models for decisions.
• Produce monthly management reporting, dashboards and KPIs.
• Analyse SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, GM, CAC, cash flow).
• Coordinate with external accountants, payroll providers and tax advisors.
• Prepare Board, shareholder and executive reporting.
• Support fundraising, financing or M&A when applicable.
