Job summary

Kraft Heinz seeks an FP&A Manager in Paris to own the full P&L across categories and drive the monthly FP&A cycle. You will partner with Marketing, Sales Planning and the wider Finance team, and lead one direct report in a data-driven, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, financial controlling, or business partnering in FMCG or fast-paced environments.
• Strong P&L understanding linking results to drivers.
• Commercial acumen with cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; handling large datasets.
• Leadership, influencing skills, and stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluency in English; French a plus.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A with full P&L responsibility across categories.
• Influence revenue and cost drivers across the business.
• Run monthly P&L actuals, variances, insights and issue resolution.
• Support Demand Review with marketers on forecast inputs.
• Contribute to AOP and Strategic Plans.
• Provide analyses and recommendations to hit targets.
• Prepare modeling, summaries and presentations for reviews.
