Job summary

ANINE BING is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team in Paris. You will own the company P&L from net sales to EBITDA, across channels and regions, and partner with leaders to drive margin and cost improvements.

Based at our Paris HQ with a hybrid work model (4 days in the office, 1 day remote), you will lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly close and management reporting, while building scalable FP&A processes to support our international growth.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of FP&A or planning experience.
• Retail or fashion sector experience required.
• Strong margin and cost understanding.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and modeling skills.
• Experience with NetSuite and BI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L across channels and regions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Perform margin analysis and pricing recommendations.
• Manage monthly close and management reporting.
• Partner with Retail, E‑Commerce, Wholesale and Merchandising.
• Design FP&A processes and drive automation.
• Support leadership with ad hoc analyses.
