Rivercell is seeking an FP&A Manager to build and run the financial backbone as we scale our biotech data platform in France. You will work with the COO, own end-to-end processes, and implement scalable reporting and governance as headcount and capex grow.

You will lead business planning, rolling forecasts, and financial reporting, while supporting fundraising, grant funding, and investor communications. Fluency in French and English is required.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in audit, transaction services, financial consulting or strategy consulting from a recognised firm, or in finance at a fast-growing startup.
• Rigorous and excellent with numbers and with the tools; you build models that are clean and auditable.
• Autonomous, committed, enthusiastic person with a "can-do", creative, and challenging mindset.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilidades

• Own our business plan and rolling forecast: headcount, R&D, marketing and G&A spend, capex on lab and production equipment, unit economics of our data generation activity.
• Own the financial reporting
• Build the models behind our strategic decisions; production capacity roll-out, pricing
• Manage day-to-day finance operations and run monthly and annual closings with our external accountant
• Keep our accounting tooling clean and automated as volumes grow
• Support to fundraising and non-dilutive funding work: CIR, Bpifrance and France 2030 schemes, European programmes
• Build the budgets behind grant applications, and handle cost justification, reporting and audits once funding is secured
• Prepare board materials: financial packs, KPI dashboards, budget-versus-actual analysis, and supporting narrative
• Support recurring investor reporting cycle and ad hoc requests
• Maintain our data room and internal reporting infrastructure
• Help us put in place and run governance routines the company needs
• Coordinate with corporate lawyers on board/shareholder resolutions, share issuances, cap table and BSPCE plan administration
• Manage general corporate compliance as the company grows
