Job summary

Adisseo seeks a Senior Finance Leader to co-shape and execute the SBU Specialties' financial direction. You will deliver insights across P&L and Balance Sheet, lead a team of controllers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive profitability and strategic investments.

The role emphasizes saving costs, robust financial evaluation of projects, and the digitalization of finance processes using SAP and Power BI. Fluency in English and global exposure are valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance, preferably in pharma/chemicals, with manufacturing and commercial controlling experience.
• Fluent in English and international exposure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze key financial and business performance indicators (Sales, Gross Margin, EBIT, FCF, ROCE, inventories).
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, and MBR processes.
• Oversee cost structure across manufacturing, purchasing, distribution and SG&A; drive optimization.
• Lead financial reporting and present insights to senior management; ensure compliance with group standards.
• Drive transformation: support SAP, Power BI, and dashboard initiatives.
