Zusammenfassung

Adisseo is seeking an Operations Manager to lead global operations, overseeing Safety, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Industrial projects, and managing about 100 indirect reports. You will translate corporate strategy into strategic planning for capacities, collaborate with Category Managers, and drive savings and innovation across the supply chain.

You will champion safety and sustainable development, optimize capex/opex, and enhance product quality and environmental performance

Qualifikationen

• High-level leadership in a similar sector with Board/senior management experience in the industrial sector, proven track record in business planning, performance management, and project execution.
• Experience translating strategic goals into operational plans and leading change programs.
• Collaborative mindset and effective partnership building.

Aufgaben

• Foster a culture of safety and sustainable development in daily operations and projects.
• Translate corporate strategy into strategic planning for capacities and capabilities.
• Collaborate with suppliers to generate savings and drive innovation; oversee day-to-day operations to maintain high service levels and OTIF delivery.
• Drive capex/opex optimization and reduce environmental footprint of the industrial network.
• Manage operational risks, team engagement, training, and development.
• Analyze data and metrics to define improvement plans and support M&A activities when required.
