Adisseo France S.A.S. seeks a seasoned PMO leader to define and govern the project management framework across the Group. You will oversee major programs, coach directors, and ensure robust governance, reporting, and risk management for large capital investments.

Fluent English is required with French or Chinese as an asset; PMP/PRINCE2 certification is valued. The role focuses on building capability via the Adisseo Project Academy and a strong project governance culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years leading large, complex projects in chemical/industrial sectors.
• 5+ years in PMO, enterprise project excellence, or assurance roles.
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification; additional PMO/risk credentials are a plus.
• Fluent English; French or Chinese is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define, govern, and elevate Adisseo’s project management standards and framework across the Group.
• Supervise and coach Strategic Project Directors/Managers across major programs.
• Lead independent project audits and consolidate portfolio insights on cost, schedule and risks.
• Validate project readiness at gates and enforce discipline on scope, cost, schedule, and risk.
• Design and run the Adisseo Project Academy and build a community of Project Directors/Managers.
