Sumitomo Chemical Agro Europe (SCAE) seeks a Finance Team Leader to drive accounting, controlling and treasury for a €150M turnover. You will lead a 6-person team and ensure IFRS/GAAP reporting, consolidations, audits and internal controls.

The role requires a Master’s in finance, 10 years international finance experience, SAP and BI tools, and strong leadership with fluent French and English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 10 years of international finance leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in IFRS GAAP, accounting and FP&A.
• Experience with SAP and BI tools.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional project management.

Responsabilités

• Lead accounting, controlling, treasury and credit management for SCAE.
• Oversee consolidation, audits and governance in line with IFRS/GAAP.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Manage 6-person finance team and stakeholder relationships.
