Job summary

Molex is seeking a Field Application Engineer (m/f/d) for a European Strategic Account, based in France and supporting across Europe. The role focuses on technical engagement, demand creation, and promoting Molex connectivity, power distribution, and infrastructure solutions.

As a trusted technical partner, you will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and global account teams to drive design-ins and profitable growth while traveling ~60% of the time.

Qualifications

Experience in field application engineering or technical sales.
Ability to engage with customer engineering teams to understand applications and influence design decisions.
Experience collaborating across sales, engineering, product management, and global account teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the dedicated FAE for a European Strategic Account in France and Europe.
Drive technical demand by identifying application opportunities and promoting Molex solutions.
Build strong technical relationships with customer engineering, R&D, and system architecture stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product Management and Worldwide Account Manager to translate needs into growth plans.
Resolve barriers during design-in, development, and qualification across power, connectivity, and data centre infrastructure.
