Molex is seeking a Field Application Engineer (m/f/d) – Strategic Account to support a European strategic account from France. You will lead technical engagement, remove engineering barriers, and promote Molex connectivity, power distribution, and infrastructure solutions.

As a technical partner, you will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and global account teams to translate customer needs into growth plans and designs, with travel about 60% across France and Europe.

Qualifications

Experience in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related technical discipline.
Experience in field application engineering or technical sales with electronics or interconnects.
Ability to engage with customer engineering teams and influence design decisions.
Experience collaborating across sales, engineering, and product teams; multi-priority management.
Fluent communication in French and English; willingness to travel ~60%.

Responsabilités

Serve as the dedicated Field Application Engineer for a European Strategic Account in France and related sites.
Drive technical demand creation by identifying opportunities and promoting Molex solutions.
Build technical relationships with customer engineering, R&D, and system architecture stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product Management and Worldwide Account Manager to translate needs into growth plans.
Resolve barriers during design-in, development, and qualification phases across power, industrial, connectivity, and infrastructure.
