Job summary

Mars France is seeking a European Senior Planning Specialist for Royal Canin products across Europe, based in Aimargues, near Montpellier. You will lead 24-month forecasts, build scenarios and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, R&D and Supply Chain to deliver robust plans.

This CDI role focuses on forecasting accuracy, cross-functional collaboration and continuous process improvement to enable growth, product availability and service excellence across markets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages, including French, are an advantage.
• Several years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Forecasting or related field in FMCG or complex manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in forecasting, statistical methods and forecast performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of supply planning and forecasting across defined markets to 24 months.
• Develop and maintain statistical forecasting models to improve accuracy.
• Build scenarios based on market insights to support strategic planning.
• Interface with Sales, Marketing, R&D and Supply teams to align plans.
• Coordinate planning reviews and ensure alignment of plans across functions.
• Animate and coordinate local planners to ensure collaboration and execution.
