Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a fast-paced, proactive intern for PR, events, and partnerships across Europe. You will support press agencies, coordinate shipments, and help organize high-profile events and collaborations.

Fluency in English and an interest in fragrances, culture, art, fashion, and design are valued. This internship offers exposure to diverse brands and signature events within a global beauty house.

Qualifications

• First experience (internship/apprenticeship) in marketing/communications.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Curious, organized, and hands-on; reliable, detail-oriented, adaptable; able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Interested in Fragrances, Culture, Art, Fashion & Design.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track shipments for press, creators, events, and amenities.
• Manage press samples, gifting, and amenities stock.
• Support logistics with PR agencies/partners across France and Europe.
• Prepare and personalize products for events and partnerships.
• Create presentations and team materials.
• Support the EMEA team with meetings, agendas and recaps.
• Coordinate with EMEA and Global teams.
