Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Extensive digital transformation and enterprise systems experience.
• Deep SAP ECC/S/4HANA knowledge with PS and SD modules.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and data flows.
• Experience guiding governance and cross-functional leadership in global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional vision and roadmap for ERP digital transformation.
• Define and prioritise process improvement opportunities with GPOs and DT teams.
• Translate business requirements into functional direction and solution design principles.
• Drive process standardisation and integration across SAP PS, SD, and connected apps.
• Develop architecture for seamless data flows between ERP and Salesforce, Planisware, HighRadius, Edicom.
• Lead governance for functional enhancements and change management.
• Establish KPIs to measure adoption, efficiency, and value realization.
• Build a strong network of key users and collaborators across functions.
• Provide training and change management support for ERP initiatives.
