Job summary

Queen Square Recruitment Ltd is seeking an SAP Manager to lead and govern the enterprise-wide SAP roadmap across functional domains and regions. This is a strategic, customer-side role responsible for consolidating SAP demand, managing interdependencies, and ensuring alignment between the S/4 program and all other SAP initiatives competing for shared resources, release windows, and landscape capacity.

Qualifications

6–10+ years’ experience in SAP program management, PMO, portfolio management, or enterprise transformation.
Strong understanding of SAP landscapes, especially SAP S/4HANA.
Proven experience managing complex project portfolios and cross-functional dependencies in global organizations.
Experience facilitating executive governance and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

Consolidate and qualify SAP demand across programs, projects, and enhancements.
Maintain enterprise-wide roadmap, dependencies, and governance.
Provide arbitration with senior stakeholders and publish decision-ready options.
Maintain executive dashboards and socialise the integrated roadmap.
Ensure governance processes for intake, arbitration, and change control.
