GlobalSource IT is seeking an experienced SAP Program Director to lead a large, global SAP S/4HANA transformation program across business and technology workstreams. The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and executive communication skills.

The position is hybrid with onsite days in Europe (Paris or other locations) and travel across Europe and globally as needed. PMP is preferred; Master’s degree required.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of program/project management experience.
• Experience leading large, complex transformation programs.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ERP implementations.
• Experience with Operations, Manufacturing, and/or Supply Chain transformations.
• Experience managing System Integrators and third-party vendors.
• Global, cross-functional leadership experience.
• Proven stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel across Europe and globally.

Responsabilités

• Lead a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program across business and technology workstreams.
• Manage cross-functional teams across business, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain.
• Develop and maintain the integrated program plan and critical path.
• Drive execution across multiple workstreams and phases.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Provide status updates to executives and steering committees.
• Establish governance, metrics, processes, and controls.
• Mentor project managers and PMO resources.
