United States Digital Space LLC in Paris is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to guide a portfolio of ecommerce merchants through product adoption, automation, and long-term value realization.

You will partner with Sales, Product and Support to drive outcomes, monitor account health, support renewals, and leverage AI-enabled workflows to scale success across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.
• Experience managing multiple SaaS customers.
• Strong communication skills for structured conversations.
• French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a book of 50–60 ecommerce customers and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption, automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Monitor account health and manage renewal conversations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Support to align on roadmap and outcomes.
• Manage data in internal systems and report on engagement and value.
