Legora in Paris, France, is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead post-sale adoption for a large portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams across EMEA. You will design, automate, and measure scaled customer motions to drive adoption, retention, and expansion with data-driven, high-touch moments where they matter.

• Experience designing scalable customer success programs for large client bases.
• Ability to build repeatable adoption playbooks and educational programs at scale.
• Proven track record in adoption, renewal and expansion across a high-volume portfolio.

Responsabilités

• Own the post-sale motion end-to-end for a large portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams.
• Improve the scaled adoption playbook and drive automated touchpoints across rollout.
• Facilitate strategic client touchpoints while surface high-impact opportunities.
• Drive programmatic operating cadence with templates, training, and value reviews.
• Monitor adoption signals and manage risks and growth opportunities.
• Own renewal and expansion as repeatable motions using data and automation.
• Coordinate with Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Product Marketing, Support.
• Translate client feedback into roadmap and enablement actions.
