Job summary

Legora is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead the post-sale customer experience for a portfolio of Mid-Market firms or corporates. You will own onboarding, adoption and long-term value realization, coordinating with GTM, Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Marketing, and Support.

You will design adoption playbooks, execute rollout to scale adoption, act as a strategic advisor, drive value through structured success plans, and translate customer feedback into roadmaps while expanding

Qualifications

• A consulting or transformation background, with a demonstrated track record of designing and delivering change-management programs inside large, complex organizations.
• Experience building tailored, client-level transformation roadmaps and adoption plans and steering them to measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the post-sale customer experience for a portfolio of Mid-Market firms or corporates.
• Design each client’s adoption playbook, including change-management approach, stakeholder map and target outcomes.
• Execute against the playbook, rolling out to firm-wide scaled adoption and adapting to evolving needs.
