Job summary

Legora is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to drive a scalable customer success motion for a portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams across the EMEA region. You’ll own onboarding, enablement, and change management at scale, ensuring measurable ROI and expanded use cases.

You will coordinate with Product, Legal Engineering, and Marketing to inform roadmaps, while maintaining portfolio context and delivering renewals and expansions through data-driven, automated processes.

Qualifications

• Scaled customer success and renewal programs designed for large client bases.
• Experience building repeatable adoption playbooks delivered at scale across digital channels.
• 3+ years for Manager, 5+ years for Senior Manager in scaled or digital customer success or related fields.
• Ownership of renewals/expansion as repeatable motions supported by data and automation.
• Technical fluency and systems thinking with tooling like CS platforms and CRMs.
• Data-driven approach to customer health, forecasting and portfolio strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale motion end-to-end for a large portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams in EMEA.
• Improve adoption playbooks for tech-led onboarding, enablement, and change-management.
• Sequence automated touchpoints from rollout to firm-wide adoption and adapt as needs evolve.
• Drive value via templated success plans, scaled training, and digital value reviews.
• Monitor adoption signals and proactively flag risks and growth opportunities.
• Own renewal and expansion as part of the scaled program, informed by data.
